Skate Shoes Products News
Supra shoes has quite a lot in store for the holiday season. The relatively new brand got a huge push from its standout Supra Skytop model and there are 8 colourways in all here. Some have already dropped, but new highlights include a black model with a bright blue wing, plus three new chopped-down Skylows. Both Antuwan Dixon and Mike ‘Lizard King’ Plumb’s signature lowtops are also back in new colours and soon to be available, respectively. There’s also a new lowtop on the way called the Vega, which appears in four interesting iterations. Check out photos of all of these, plus new Supra TK Society, Thunder, Supra Cuban, Supra Cruizer, Diablo and Supra Suprano colourways after the jump. Thanks to Shoeniverse for the photos.
It’s amazing how the phenomenon of skate footwear has become an established facet of popular fashion. And as skate brands have realized this trend and receieved the limelight we have seen a drastic evolution in what look exactly defines a skate shoe. Supra shoes and it’s popular model, Supra Skytop, is a perfect example to this observation. Transcending the beefy, stuffy, and typically cheap look of older skate shoes, the Supra Skytop fits a much more slick and sophisticated look. How would have thought skate footwear could look so classic enough to be able to get all dressed up with and hit the scene? As part of the ‘09 Holiday collection, Supra provides even more colorways to the Skytop roster, making it even easier to fit whatever color arrangement you’re going for. Either rocking leather, nubuck, and some even both, all of them sport simple colors making a powerful statement. Choose from red/black or black/cyan, or a monochromatic look in the form of grey, white or black. All available for the taking, good luck trying to narrow down what pairs to cop at creativesupra.
